An Ongoing List of All Publicly Available DIRD Reports

Last updated, August 2nd 2019

We've learned that the AAWSAP/AATIP (Advanced Aerospace Weapon System Applications Program/Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program) commissioned a series of studies written by various experts in their respective fields of study through contractors Hal Puthoff and Eric Davis of EarthTech International Inc. These reports covered a wide array of anomalous activity related topics and the eventual release of the list of 38-scientific reports came to be known as the DIRD reports (Defense Intelligence Reference Documents). Some of the documents below are actual DIA released documents, while others are the public domain versions of those commisioned reports. Eric Davis has mentioned that participants in these reports were allowed to freely publish them in various scientific journals.  They are out there and available, waiting to be discovered.

"(The) original paper was written as part of a classified program, though the paper itself wasn’t classified. It was originally made available to defense agencies and their contractors and generated positive reactions." -George Knapp; KLAS News

A handful of these have been researched and posted by various sites while others haven't been found anywhere else previously and were discovered by Alcyone Project original sourcing. Active links to DIRD reports are shown in BOLD below. Some papers were retitled from the name shown on this list compared to the individual final reports themselves, and where known, these updated titles have been indicated after their relevant article below. There is no other source that has all of these links together in one place, so if you find other reports available please help contribute to this project by messaging us with the link and we will update the list accordingly.

We have compiled below an exhaustive list of the reports that have been found in the public domain and will continue to update this list as we discover more.
